With 2021 in the rearview mirror and the heaviest throes of the pandemic seemingly behind us, the world is looking to travel once more. While Florida and Boca Raton by extension have remained a beacon of light for those relocating to South Florida or seeking a more resilient community free of lockdowns, it hasn't been all sunshine and roses (ok, maybe it's been close). Bloomberg.com has done an excellent job with their travel blog, identifying 24 other destinations alongside Boca Raton real estate as the places to go in 2022. For our part, we've assembled a few more reasons to join us here in Boca Raton, whether for a quick jaunt, or a lifetime!

We can't call them experts unless they've stayed a week (or three) in our beautiful sunny home, but we're eager to see what their travel team had to say about Boca Raton. Their claim: Boca Raton is suddenly more than a retirement hovel, offering more options for young people to "join their grandparents."
The outsider perspective maybe that Boca Raton is still a retiree-dominated landscape, but their claim that Boca Raton is slowly morphing into an extension of Miami's vibrancy is well-founded. More than just golf courses, country clubs, and high-end shopping, Boca Raton offers more budget-friendly gastropubs, youth attractions, and nightlife in districts like Mizner Park. Furthermore, the meteoric rise of FAU's student population to nearly 40,000 students has led more young people to seek housing closer to the water at spots like ...

What's better than the holidays? For family, we come together and share our love for one another. For singles, it's cuffing season. For charities, it's giving season. We simply can't get enough of the joy, cheer, and goodwill that this time of year seems to bring. Perhaps the only thing better than the holidays, are the holidays planned properly. We all have memories of the holiday cliches: missed flights, dad's standing with their arms crossed and an open trash bag ready for gift wrap, the neurotic planning that goes around dinner, and even the ridiculous Black Friday bonanza. Simply put, Santa makes a list, checks it twice, and so should you before you come.

Christmas With The Cranks...

Boca Raton can't claim to fit the traditional holiday vibe: peppermint candies, snow-swept meadows and towering coniferous forests. However, what our city lacks in North Pole energy, we make up for in every which way. It's days like these that the weather politely reminds us of the many reasons people move to Boca Raton. Learn more about the upcoming December events as we turn our calendar and ready ourselves for a riveting holiday season!

- Saturday, December 4th. 11 AM - 5 PM
- Mizner Park Ampitheater - 590 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, FL
The Palm Beach Vegfest saw its nascent stages take place further north in Palm Beach proper, with today's iteration perfectly suited for the vaunted Mizner Park Ampitheater space. The VegFest is part trade show, part food festival, with vegan food trucks, product presentations, and even live games and performances. Far from exclusionary, the founders of the event encourage all to attend, especially non-vegans. The exposure means the world to these small, cruelty free businesses, and the event if FREE to attend!

We'd be lying if we weren't a little excited for the end of this work day and the moments ahead with our friends and family. Thanksgiving is the ultimate opportunity to take a much needed break while the holidays ramp up, and the antecedent to when the holidays truly begin. We think its a sin to watch our local craft store skip straight from pumpkins to peppermint. In honor of Thanksgiving and the many special people we have to thank, the Champagne & Parisi Team has assembled our official (way too short) gratitute list. We wish we had the words to thank everyone, but we'll start with these amazing contributors to our tremendous 2021. THANK YOU!

We wouldn't be a real estate brokerage without our team of 100 agents - all of whom are family to us. In our years of service to our community, we've seen our fair share of Realtors come and go. We couldn't be more thrilled with this team of hardworking, intelligent, and perhaps most importantly, compassionate Realtors we've assembled through the years. Our team looks out for each other as much as they do for our clients, and the success we've built upon shows both...

What an interesting couple of years it's been, especially for holiday logistics. Not everyone will have their family pile in this year, and not everyone wants to be saddled with three days of cooking and cleaning. Fear not! These incredible Boca Raton restaurants offer pre-fixe, a la carte, dine-in, and take-out options to keep the labor off your plate and the good food on it!

Once again, Farmer's Table finds its way into our Boca real estate blog. In the past, it's been for their fastidious attention to detail when developing their menu. Their food is delicious and reflects their mantra of "feel-good food" through their selection of ingredients and standard of quality. For a place that deals in only the crispest, freshest, and cleanest - you're sure to win big by choosing Farmer's Table for your Thanksgiving restaurant.
