Boca Raton's First Annual BarkFest!

On Saturday, October 5, 2019, join the City of Boca Raton’s Recreation Services Department for the First Annual BarkFest! at Mizner Bark Dog Park! This FREE pet- & family-friendly event will feature food vendors for pets & their human companions, a mobile grooming station, canine performers, pet adoptions, a DJ, as well as a pet costume contest which is certain to be the highlight of the day!

The costume contest will begin at 12pm with FREE registration from 10am to 11:45am (limited slots available). Pets and their pet parents are welcome to dress in their favorite costumes for the chance to compete for some amazing prizes in the following categories: “Most Creative,” “Funniest,” “#Twinning-Match Your Pup,” “Spookiest,” “Best Homemade,”  “Cutest,”, and the Grand Prize, “Best in Show”! 

BarkFest! will take place from 10am-2pm at Mizner Bark Dog Park located at 751 Banyan Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33431. ***PLEASE NOTE: Dogs must be leashed (6ft maximum leash) on the festival grounds - dogs with City permits are allowed inside the fenced dog park areas off-leash. Presentation of proof of current shots and rabies vaccinations will be required at admission for the event.***
