3000 South Ocean Blvd.
3000 South Ocean Blvd is the southeasternmost address along the waterfront in Boca Raton. This work is in accordance with the Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) to replace an existing seawall in the location. The CCCL Program regulates all things related to projects that could impact the beach - namely erosion, dune stability, public access interference, or the damaging of inland properties. In addition, the pool and deck will be replaced seaward of the CCCL.
171 W. Camino Real (Camino Square)
Camino Square is a shopping center with an adjacent parking garage just west of Dixie Highway on Camino Real. The project in question aims to increase the square footage of the property while simultaneously decreasing the square footage of the nearby parking structure.
Approved, Not Built
Vista Townhomes is a proposed and approved plan to build two townhome structures on vacant lots north of Glades Rd. between Dixie Highway and University Drive. These separate buildings would house 5 and 4 units respectively, providing additional vacancies to a Real Estate market starved for inventory.
The Beresford Condominium is one of the preeminent upscale condos across Boca Raton's waterfront. The approved project will include an accepted variance in CCCL guidelines to allow the construction of a wooden deck on the seaward side of the line.

327 E. Royal Palm Condos are complete, with 25 residential units added to the lot on the north side of Royal Palm Rd. These lovely condos are within a mile of our Boca Raton beach offices.
The completed residential project at 200 SE Mizner Blvd involved the conversion of 246 existing residential units to 384, adding more much-needed housing inventory to a depreciated market.
