We particularly appreciate the myriad of ways a bowl can be built to follow the more traditional Middle Eastern path (lentils, falafel, dolmas, and hummus) or any other combination of resplendent global flavors. For dessert lovers and beverage lovers, enjoy the Havana Mojito or the intriguing Baklava Milkshake, Turmeric Apple Juice, or Watermelon. Orion gives visitors the ability to put their hands on the lever between healthy and decadent, a choice we love to have when we dine out.

As the only gluten free stop on our Gluten Free Guide to Boca Raton, we'd be remiss not to point out that a vibrant, delectable meal doesn't require gluten to be as such. Their menu is simple, easy, and carefree to navigate, leaving us spending more time debating flavors than searching for the few or lone menu items that work for gluten-free eaters.

Angelo's To Go

Part of the famed chef Angelo Elia's ever-growing restaurant lineup in South Florida, Angelo's To Go is a far contrast from the likes of Casa D'Angelo, his finest sit-down restaurant in the area. His intuitive, online ordering menu makes gluten-free dining simple, with immediate solutions to common problems such as the roasted garlic spaghetti squash and zucchini noodles on the "build your own pasta" list.
