Bob & Linda Scalia - Luxury Realtors with Champagne & Parisi

Linda and Bob are both ex-Long Islanders, both born and raised on the Island. They have been married for almost 38 years and both of us were previously licensed Real Estate Brokers on Long Island. After selling a business that we were in together we decided to live permanently on the East End of Long Island and in 1993 they purchased a small 3 person Real Estate office in Southold, NY and their Real Estate world began. By careful managing and some great agents they soon morphed into a seven offices company with about 60 Realtors located on the the North Fork and the Hamptons at the twin forks of Long island.

Bob has been licensed since about 1986 and Linda since about 1994. Bob’s previous experience in Real Estate was in New York City where with his brothers they owned an 11 story, 120,000 square foot manufacturing building on East 72nd Street and Bob was the leasing agent among other duties.

Bob & Linda moved their lives to Florida in 2002, first as Snowbirds and then made the full transition to Florida in 2010 with the thought of perhaps purchasing a Real Estate office in the Deerfield/Boca area but then decided to get their Broker/Agent licenses and learn the market first. Their first five years were in a small office of about 30 agents and then in 2017 they moved to Champagne & Parisi Real Estate in Boca Raton where they are permanently ensconced.

They were avid boaters and made many trips between their home in Deerfield Beach and Long Island, traveling about 25,000 miles between 2008 and 2016 on their boat and several captaining a family members’ boats on some trips. They have recently moved up to Boynton Beach into a private community and are enjoying a different style of living, more quiet than Deerfield/Boca and more relaxed. They are still very active in Real Estate and recently closed several transactions in the $800,000 to $3 million range. They are very proud of the fact that many of their customers/clients have become their friends and are now integral parts of their lives. In their spare time, Linda has bred and shown 100+ lb Great Pyrenees Dogs, and have now given their love for canine companionship to their tiny 4 pound Cotons du Tulear, a beautiful if not much more diminutive breed.
