Boca Raton, Florida, is renowned for its upscale lifestyle, magnificent beaches, and outstanding quality of life for residents of all ages and backgrounds. The Boca Raton Real Estate market provides an impressive selection of luxury homes, waterfront condos, modern townhomes, and country club properties – all within a short drive from the best beaches, golf courses, and local attractions. Boca Raton is known for much more than luxury real estate, with many A-rated schools, magnet programs, and several universities such as Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University here to match the desirable options for growing minds.

Boca Raton is one of the wealthiest and safest communities in The United States. Though Boca is still the beachfront paradise that drew many retirees and millionaires to the city, the growth of a younger demographic only further cements its reputation as a center for entrepreneurship. Many locals were taught in the excellent K-12 education system and later graduated from one of the major local schools.

Career opportunities are abundant, with numerous large-scale businesses headquartering or recently relocating to the city – such as Office Depot, Tyco, and ADT. In addition to the thriving jobs market, the lack of state income tax, stability of home values, excellent higher education, and year-round warm weather are significant reasons for relocating to Boca Raton.

Boca Raton Homes

Boca Raton's beautiful selection of single-family homes is one of the primary reasons so many celebrities, businesspeople, retirees, and growing families have chosen Boca Raton. Between gated communities like The Oaks, providing elegant resort-style living to exclusive waterfront Estate homes like The Sanctuary, the ocean is always close to your doorstep. Even the homes for sale in West Boca are approximately a 20-minute drive to beachfront access.

Waterfront homes in Boca Raton are much more than just oceanfront properties. Newcomers to Boca will find elegant Intracoastal homes with private dockage and direct ocean access. In addition, lakefront properties with extraordinary pools and spacious outdoor patios are more prevalent in West Boca. Many Boca homes reflect the Contemporary to Mediterranean style of visionary architect Addison Mizner, whose presence can be felt throughout the area, most notably in the numerous developments that bear his name, such as Mizner Lake Estates and through Mizner Park - one of downtown Boca Raton's most popular shopping and dining districts.

Golf and country club living is also significant to the Boca Raton lifestyle, with country club homes ranging from the (non-membership) Boca Pointe to the world-famous Boca West and others where the equity initiation ranges between $80K & $125K and an additional annual fee of $15K - $50K where equity membership is required. Many courses are designed by some of the world's most respected course architects, and they have hosted many PGA and LPGA events over the years.

Homes for sale in Boca Raton range from two bedrooms to over ten bedrooms, routinely beginning from $200,000 through the tens of millions. Today's average sale price of a Boca Raton home is over $800,000 - more than double the statewide average, while the average listing price is nearly $1.2 Million. These prices reflect the rapidly rising home values in Boca Raton and the state of Florida. Despite challenging economic forces in recent years, Boca Raton's home values remained stable. They grew year-over-year, making Boca Raton Real Estate a superb investment and a great place to live.

Boca Raton Condos

Within Boca Raton, there are many prized waterfront condo communities. Condos are found across the city but are best known for their presence on the waterfront and throughout Downtown Boca Raton. A small number of condos in West and Central Boca are priced from $180,000, but condos in the downtown and waterfront areas of the city are priced much higher. Beachfront condominiums such as One Thousand Ocean, seated on the Boca Raton Resort & Beach Club grounds, are often priced well beyond $5 Million. At the same time, the incredibly popular Alina Residences follows suit as one of the newest condos in Downtown Boca Raton, starting at $1.5 Million. Several waterfront condos offer Intracoastal and oceanfront views on either side of A1A, with private boat docks like those at The Sea Ranch Club of Boca.

Many condos for sale in Boca are similar to or much larger than the average single-family home, with communities like Mizner Tower among many showcasing units over 2,000 square feet and up. These condos often feature the latest flooring, gourmet kitchens, luxurious bathrooms, designer finishes, and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Downtown Boca Raton. Boca Raton condos often include 24/7 security, concierge service, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, and immediate access to the beaches, upscale restaurants, shopping, and more.
