4. HOME ENHANCEMENT REVIEW: I WILL go through the home with you and make suggestions that will help achieve the best price.

5. PROPERTY INFORMATION: I WILL prepare a description of your property for distribution to prospective purchasers.

6. FL PREMIER REAL ESTATE, INC SIGN: I WILL place a FL Premier Real Estate, Inc. For Sale sign on your property (subject to local ordinances) showing our telephone number and company web site address so that we will receive all phone calls / emails for proper buyer qualification.

7. MLS: I WILL place your listing on the Multiple Listing Service so any REALTORS may access the information on your house.

8. PRE-QUALIFIED PROSPECTS: I WILL pre-qualify my prospective buyers to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to you.

9. BROKERS' OPEN: I WILL hold a brokers' open for all agents of all companies to view your property. (Held on Tuesdays)

10. OPEN HOUSE: I WILL hold an open house for your property at least once within the first month of our signed listing agreement.

13. JUST LISTED FLYERS: I WILL mail out ''Just Listed'' flyers to inform the neighborhood that your house is on the market.

14. ADVERTISING: I WILL advertise your home in the Sun-Sentinel and Homes & Land of the Palm Beaches.

15. INTERNET: I WILL place your property on FLPremierRealEstate.com, REALTOR.com, Yahoo Real Estate, MSN Home Finders and may more real estate related web sites.

16. Virtual Tour: I WILL schedule a virtual tour which is used for 360 degree internet viewing & can also be e-mailed.

17. PROGRESS REPORTS: I WILL provide you with a progress report to communicate current marketing conditions every two weeks, and communicate buyer activity as it appears to your home in a timely manor.

18. PURCHASE OFFER: I WILL review with you all purchase offers as they are presented and assist you in all negotiations. Upon agreement and acceptance of an offer, I will monitor the progress of the purchase agreement and help keep you informed during the entire transaction through settlement / closing.

19. RELOCATION ASSISANCE: I WILL provide you with details about relocation services, which are available to you at no cost, regardless of where you are moving.

20. TITLE SERVICES: I WILL assist you with all title related services.
